saturday's training totally rocks.
its was only 2 hours.
even though it dragged till 11 plus, i really enjoyed it.
sir jia hong and zhenshun came and they were super lenient to us(: thank God.
sir lee came for a while then he left.
i think he used the 100 push ups thing as a threat, to make us come for training.
jin yan came for training even though she had fever.
but i think the whole squad work well under pressure.
so its a good and a bad thing.

and it was nabil's birthday on saturday.

gonna fast tomorrow.
this is the ever first time i'm fasting.
its so cool!
gonna eat like a dustbin tonight.
but i think i'm gonna get sore throat soon.
my throat feels scratchy.
thanks to the almond cream i ate just now.
but almond cream is so addicting!
well, i guess i better watch my diet now.
and drink lots of water!
