phew. hoc is finally over.
it went well today, even though there were lots of hiccups and it didn't go the way everyone wanted but all i know is that 58th has done a great job. except my speech. i was saying the first line when there was a long pause cos i just started to stammer and i just stunned. and everybody stunned too. i could feel everyone's eyes focusing on me and hearing what i have to say next. there was a long pause because i couldn't find the next sentence. i could hear the people grasp. i had the feeling of breaking down and i was embarrassed. really embarrassed. joon guan, de xing and leonard said i looked like i was gonna cry but i didn't. yay me. leonard said my speech was lovely but i don't think it was. my speech is so last minute planned..
i went to escort mr au yong to the hall and i passed him the pin that he was supposed to pin on his shirt. i gave it to him and he stunned for 5 seconds. then i just stunned too. then i saw wardina pinning for mdm za and jacelyn pinning for mrs tan. then i was like...CRAP. am i supposed to help mr au yong pin? what if i accidently poked him? argh. but anyways, he pinned it himself. almost cried when i read those letters ):
